In the 18-19 season the Admirals made significant changes to their roster and Coaching Staff The changes seem to be paying off, as the Admirals are currently in second place in their division and are on track to make the playoffs.
The Admirals have a strong core of young players led by captain Devin Shore. Shore is in his fourth season with the team and is one of its most experienced players. He’s been a key contributor offensively, tallying 18 points in 28 games. Shore is also one of the team’s Top Defensive forwards, helping to shut down opponents’ top lines.
Another young player who has been a key contributor for the Admirals is forward Daniel Sprong. Sprong was acquired by the team midway through last season and has quickly become one of its most dangerous offensive weapons. In 28 games this season, Sprong has 19 points, including nine goals.
