The North Lenoir baseball coaching staff

The North Lenoir Baseball coaching staff works hard to maintain the tradition of excellence that the program has come to be known for.

Coach David Lancaster has been at the helm of the North Lenoir Baseball Program for 17 years. Under his leadership, the team has won four conference championships and made seven trips to the state playoffs. Coach Lancaster was named Conference Coach of the Year in 2006 and again in 2009.

Coach Lancaster is assisted by Coach Brandon Boswell, who is entering his fifth season with the program. Coach Boswell played baseball at North Lenoir high school and went on to play collegiately at Louisburg College. He also spent time coaching in the Piedmont Athletic Conference before joining Coach Lancaster’s staff.

The North Lenoir baseball Coaching Staff is committed to helping each player develop their skills and reach their full potential, both on and off the field. The staff takes a hands-on approach to coaching, working with each player individually to help them improve their game. The coaches also place a strong emphasis on character development, instilling values such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect in each player.
