Introduction
Shelton Baseball is one of the most successful baseball programs in the state of Connecticut. The program has won four State Championships more than any other school in the state. The team has also been ranked in the top 25 nationally on multiple occasions. Shelton Baseball is a tradition of excellence.
The History of Shelton Baseball
Since the late 1800s, baseball has been a part of Shelton’s history. The first organized Shelton baseball team was formed in 1894 and was known as the Resolutes. They played their games on a field located on Canal Street. In 1896, the team moved to a new field on Howe Avenue, which would become known as “The Shed.”
The Shed was home to Shelton baseball for almost 100 years. It was the site of numerous state championship games and many legendary players got their start there. In 1995, the shed was torn down and replaced by a new complex, which is now home to the Shelton high school baseball team.
The tradition of excellence in Shelton baseball continues today. The High School team has won numerous state championships and produced many Major League Baseball players, including Jeff Bagwell Frank Thomas and Jim Abbott

Shelton Baseball has a long-standing tradition of excellence. For nearly 50 years, the team has been one of the Premier Baseball programs in the state of Connecticut. Under the guidance of Head Coach Mark Gaudet, the team has won multiple State Championships and has produced numerous Division I college players.
The team is known for its strong work ethic, discipline, and determination. These values have helped Shelton Baseball to build a winning culture that is respected by opponents and fans alike.
The Tradition of Excellence continues on in Shelton Baseball. With a committed Coaching Staff and talented group of players, the future looks bright for the program.
The Shelton Baseball Program
The Shelton Baseball Program is one of the most respected and successful programs in the state of Connecticut. The program has won 11 State Championships 7 conference championships and has produced numerous Division I and professional players. The Shelton baseball program is committed to teaching the Game of Baseball the right way and developing young men into outstanding citizens.
The Shelton Baseball Team
The Shelton Baseball Team is a tradition of excellence. The team has won numerous championships and produced some of the best players in the game. The team is known for its hard work dedication, and love of the game. The players on the team are some of the most talented in the country and have a passion for the game that is unmatched.
The Shelton Baseball League
The Shelton baseball league has been a tradition of excellence since its founding in 1947. The league is made up of four teams, each representing a different area of the city. The teams are the North side, South Side East side, and West side. Each team plays eighteen games during the regular season with the top two teams from each division advancing to the playoffs.
The league is open to all city residents ages thirteen and up. The league has a rich history, with many former players going on to play in college and professional baseball

The Shelton Baseball Tournament is a yearly event that takes place in Shelton, Connecticut. It is a tradition that has been around for over fifty years, and it is one of the most competitive youth baseball tournaments in the country. The tournament is open to any team from around the world, and it typically attracts teams from all over the United States and Canada.
The Shelton Baseball Camp
The Shelton Baseball Camp is a tradition of excellence that has produced some of the best players in the country. Located in Shelton, Connecticut, the camp has been in operation for over fifty years and has a well-deserved reputation for developing outstanding players. The camp offers instruction for all levels of play, from beginner to advanced. Each camper receives individual attention and instruction from experienced coaches. The camp also features top-notch facilities and equipment, making it one of the best places to learn and improve your game
The Shelton Baseball Clinic
The Shelton Baseball Clinic is an instructional baseball camp for players of all ages and abilities. The clinic offers a variety of skill-building activities including hitting, pitching, and fielding instruction, as well as base-running and bunting drills. The clinic also features games and competitions throughout the week.
The Shelton Baseball Museum
The Shelton Baseball Museum is dedicated to preserving the history and tradition of Shelton baseball. The museum is located in the historic Shelton Field House, which was built in 1909. The museum houses a collection of memorabilia and artifacts from the Shelton baseball team’s history, as well as a research library.
