The History of Silver Creek Basketball

Silver Creek Basketball is a league that was formed in 1971 by a group of basketball enthusiasts in the town of Silver Creek, New York. The league was originally made up of six teams, but quickly grew to include eight teams by its second season. Today, the league is made up of ten teams and is one of the most competitive basketball leagues in the state of New York.

The league has had many Great players and teams over the years, and has produced some of the best players in the history of basketball. Some of the most notable players to come out of Silver Creek Basketball are Hall of Famer Magic Johnson NBA All-Star Kevin Durant and current Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant

Silver Creek Basketball is a league that is dedicated to providing its players with the best possible Basketball Experience The league consists of two divisions, each made up of five teams. The divisions are East and West, and each team plays each team in its division twice during the regular season At the end of the regular season the top four teams from each division qualify for the playoffs.

The playoffs are a single-elimination tournament that determines the Silver Creek Basketball champion. The playoffs are held in March, and usually last for about two weeks. The playoff format consists of four rounds, with each round consisting of two games. The first round is held between the fourth and fifth seeds from each division, while the second round is held between the third seeds from each division. The semifinals are held between the second seeds from each division, and finally, the Championship game is held between the first seeds from each division.

The team is coached by Andrew Hahn and consists of players from all over the state of Indiana. The team has won the conference championship four times in the past five years and has appeared in the State Tournament six times in that span.
