The Socorro high school baseball season is finally here! After months of preparation and practice, our boys are ready to take the field and show everyone what they’re made of.

This year’s team is stacked with talent, and we’re confident that they’ll make us proud. Be sure to come out and support the team – they need all the encouragement they can get!

The Socorro high school Spartans are gearing up for another Exciting baseball season! The team is looking to build on their success from last year, when they made it all the way to the state semifinals. This year, they have their sights set on making it even further.

Coach Martinez and his staff have been working hard to prepare the team for the season. The players have been working hard in the off-season to improve their skills and conditioning. They are ready to take their game to the next level.

The Spartans will be led by a strong group of seniors, who have been with the program for four years. They are looking to finish their high school careers with a bang and leave their mark on Spartan baseball history

The Socorro Warriors are excited to announce their varsity baseball team for the upcoming season! The team is made up of seniors, juniors, and sophomores who have all worked hard to hone their skills on the field. The Warriors are looking forward to a successful season and hope to bring home a victory for their school and community.

Spartan Baseball A Tradition of Excellence

The Socorro high school Spartan Baseball Team has a long tradition of excellence, dating back to the early 1900s. The Spartans have won numerous state and Regional Championships and several of their players have gone on to play professional baseball The team is currently coached by Mike Maestas, who has been with the Spartans for over 20 years.

The Spartans have a strong team this year, with several returning players who are looking to build on the success of last year. The team’s primary goals are to win the state championship and to continue developing their players so that they can compete at the collegiate level.

The Socorro high school Spartan baseball team is gearing up for another exciting season! The Spartans are no stranger to success, having won numerous league and State Championships throughout the years. This year, the team is looking to continue their winning tradition and add another championship to their already impressive legacy.

The Spartans have a strong nucleus of returning players, including all-state catcher Ricky Romero and ace pitcher Julio Rodriguez. Rodriguez had a stellar season last year, posting a 13-1 record with an ERA of just 2.17. He will be counted on to lead the pitching staff once again this year, while Romero will be looked to as the leader of the team overall.

Other key returners include infielders Carlos Lopez and Jesse Sanchez, who will provide some much-needed experience and leadership for the younger players on the team. Outfielder/pitcher Eddie Diaz rounds out the group of returners and will be a key player in both phases of the game.

under Steve Boggs, the Spartans have seen a reversal of fortunes in recent years After years of sub-.500 seasons, the team has put together two straight seasons with winning records, including a berth in the playoffs in 2017. The team is looking to build on that success this season. With a core group of experienced players and some promising newcomers, the Spartans are poised to make some noise in 2018.

The pitching staff is deep and experienced, led by ace senior Timmy Jackson. The lineup is loaded with power, including sluggers Alex Rodriguez and Joey Votto. And the defense is rock-solid, anchored by Gold Glove caliber shortstop Manny Machado
