The Texas Tech Basketball Schedule for the 2022 Season

The Texas Tech men’s basketball team will open the 2022 season with a road game against the Baylor Bears on November 12, 2022. The Red Raiders will then have a Home game against the UTEP Miners on November 15, 2022. Texas Tech will play their first conference game of the season on the road against the Oklahoma Sooners on December 3, 2022.

The Non-Conference Schedule

The Texas Tech basketball schedule for the 2022 season has been released, and the Red Raiders will face some tough competition during non-conference play Highlights include a road game at Louisville and home games against Duke and Kentucky.

Texas Tech will begin the season with a trip to Hawaii to take on the Rainbow Warriors on November 11. This will be followed by a home game against UTEP on November 15. The Red Raiders will then hit the road for games at Louisville (November 18) and Memphis (November 22).

After returning home for a game against Texas A&M on November 25, Texas Tech will host Duke on December 2. This will be followed by a road game at Oklahoma State on December 6 and a home game against Sam Houston State on December 10. The Red Raiders will wrap up their non-Conference Schedule with a big home game against Kentucky on December 18.

The Conference Schedule

The Conference Schedule for the 2022 Season has not yet been released.

The Big 12 Schedule

The 2022 Big 12 men’s Basketball Schedule will be released at a later date.

The NCAA tournament Schedule

The NCAA Final Four will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana on Saturday, April 2, and the National Championship game will be played on Monday, April 4. The entire tournament schedule will be released in early 2023. The first four games of the tournament will be played on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 14-15, with the first round being played on Thursday and Friday, March 16-17. The second round will be played on Saturday and Sunday, March 18-19. The Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight will be played on Thursday and Friday, March 23-24 and Saturday and Sunday, March 25-26 respectively.

The NIT Schedule

The National Invitational Tournament (NIT) is a single-elimination tournament of 32 NCAA Division I college basketball teams that are not selected to participate in the NCAA Tournament The tournament was founded in 1938 and is currently operated by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Selection for the NIT is done by a committee, similar to the process used for the NCAA tournament

The first round of the NIT will take place on March 14 and 15, 2022, at campus sites. The second round will take place on March 16 and 17, at campus sites. The quarterfinals will take place on March 18 and 19 at Madison Square Garden in New York City The semifinals will take place on March 21, and the Championship game will be played on March 23. All games will be televised on ESPN.

The CBI Schedule

The 2022 college basketball Invitational (CBI) schedule has not been announced yet.

The CIT Schedule

The CIT is a college Basketball Tournament that was founded in 2009. It is owned and operated by CollegeInsider.com. The tournament is open to all NCAA Division I basketball teams that did not make the NCAA tournament or the National Invitation Tournament The CIT starts with 32 teams playing in four rounds of play. The four round winners advance to the quarterfinals, with the quarterfinal and semifinal games played at campus sites. The Championship game is played at a neutral site.

The Summer League Schedule

The Texas Tech basketball schedule for the Summer League was released today. The Red Raiders will participate in the Las Vegas Invitational, the Maui Invitational, and the Naples Day Classic They will also play in two exhibition games against Division II opponents.

The Pre-Season Schedule

The Texas Tech Basketball schedule for the 2022 season is as follows. The pre-season schedule is exhibition games against TCU, Baylor, and Houston. The season will start on November 8th and will end on March 6th. The conference schedule is as follows:
