It’s official – Washington Hatchets Baseball is back for the 2021 season! After a year off due to the pandemic, we can’t wait to get back out on the diamond and compete. Check out our schedule and come out to support your hometown team!

The team is managed by former All-Star third baseman Lou Piniella and coached by pitching legend Nolan Ryan The Hatchets roster includes several star players such as outfielders Sammy Sosa and Barry Bonds infielder Alex Rodriguez and catcher Ivan Rodriguez.

The Washington Hatchets are one of the most successful teams in baseball history winning eight World Series titles and 11 Central League pennants. The team’s fans are among the most loyal in baseball, and theHatchetman mascot is one of the most recognizable in all of sports.

The Washington Hatchets are a Minor League Baseball team that play in the Central League. The team is based in Washington, D.C., and plays its home games at Nationals Park located in Southeast D.C.. The Hatchets are the Triple-A affiliate of the New York Yankees

The 2020 season will be their 120th season and their first as a Yankees’ affiliate, and their first at the Triple-A level since 2006. The team will attempt to win their first League Championship since 2002.

The regular season schedule begins on Thursday, April 9th on the road against the Durham Bulls and ends on September 7th at home against the Norfolk Tides
