This is the 2017 UNC Basketball Roster The Tar Heels are a Division I college basketball team representing the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill The 31st season of North Carolina Tar Heels men’s basketball will be the 2017-18 NCAA Division I men’s Basketball season The team’s Head Coach is Roy Williams who is in his 15th season as UNC’s head men’s basketball coach The Tar Heels play their home games at the Dean Smith Center in Chapel Hill North Carolina as a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference
