• Ronaldo Segu: A 6-foot-3-inch guard from Toronto, Segu is a three-time all-conference selection who averaged 17 points per game as a senior at George Brown College. He also shot 42 percent from three-point range last season.

Forwards

• Jeenathan Williams: A 6-foot-7 inch forward from Rochester, New York, Williams returns after averaging 12 points and five rebounds per game last season. He is a two-time All-MAC selection and was named MAC Defensive Player of the Year last season.

• Josh Mballa: A 6-foot-6 inch forward from Paris, France, Mballa comes to UB after spending last season at La Lumiere School in Indiana where he helped lead his team to a 26-5 record. He is ranked as one of the top 150 players in his class by ESPN.com.

Centers

• Ikenna Smart: A 7 foot center from Toronto, Smart joins the Bulls after transferring from Florida State where he spent two seasons. He will have two years of eligibility remaining and will be eligible to play immediately this season.

James Reese A 6 foot 10 inch center from Brooklyn, New York, Reese returns for his senior season after averaging six points and five rebounds per game last year.

The University at Buffalo men’s basketball team is gearing up for another exciting season! Here’s a look at the squad that will be representing the Bulls this year.

This season’s team will be led by senior guard Jayvon Graves. Graves was named to the All-MAC Third Team last year and is expected to be one of the top scorers in the conference again this season. He’ll be joined in the backcourt by junior guard Ronaldo Segu, who is an excellent three-point shooter and provides a spark off the bench.

A 6-foot-7-inch, 205-pound forward from Rochester, NY, Jeenathan Williams is entering his sophomore year at UB. Williams appeared in 32 games as a freshman last season, averaging 4.5 points and 2.1 rebounds per game. He also had 19 steals and 11 blocks last season.

The University at Buffalo men’s Basketball team is ready to tip-off the 2019-2020 season. The Bulls are coming off a historic 2018-2019 campaign in which they won a program-record 32 games, won their second Mid-American Conference Regular Season title in three years, and made their second consecutive NCAA tournament appearance.

Returning Players:

Senior guard/forward Davonta Jordan is the Bulls’ leading returning scorer after averaging 11.5 points per game last season. Junior forward Jeenathan Williams returns after averaging 8.1 points and 5.0 rebounds per game last season while shooting 47 percent from the field, 33 percent from three-point range, and 75 percent from the Free Throw Line Williams will once again be a key member of the Bulls’ frontcourt rotation this season.
