UK Basketball Releases Schedule for Upcoming Season

The University of Kentucky men’s Basketball team has released its schedule for the upcoming season The Wildcats will play a total of 31 games, including 17 at home, 11 on the road and three at neutral sites.

UK’s first game of the season will be an exhibition contest against Indiana Wesleyan on October 25. The Wildcats will then open the regular season at home against UNC Greensboro on November 6.

Other notable games on UK’s schedule include a road trip to Louisville on December 28, a Home game against Auburn on January 12, and a visit from Tennessee on February 16.

The Wildcats will close out the regular season with a road game at Florida on March 7. The SEC tournament will then be held from March 11-15 in Nashville, Tennessee.

UK to Tip Off Season Against UT-Martin

The University of Kentucky men’s basketball team will tip off its season on Nov. 5 against UT-Martin, the school announced on Wednesday.

The game will be the first of a four-game homestand to start the season for the Wildcats. UK will also host Winthrop (Nov. 8), Furman (Nov. 12) and High Point (Nov. 15) at Rupp Arena before hitting the road for a matchup with Evansville on Nov. 19.

non-conference slate also features home games against Detroit Mercy (Nov. 26), Virginia Tech (Dec. 3), Louisville (Dec. 7), Utah Valley (Dec. 10), North Carolina A&T (Dec. 16) and Monmouth (Dec. 21). UK will travel to take on Notre Dame in the Shamrock Series on Dec. 14 and Rupp Arena as part of the Big 12/SEC Challenge on Jan. 25 against Kansas State .

UK to Host Florida in Home Opener

The Kentucky Wildcats have released their schedule for the upcoming college Basketball season and the team will open up at home against the Florida Gators

This will be the first time that the two programs have met since 2014, when Kentucky won a close contest 67-50. The Wildcats are 2-1 against Florida since John Calipari took over as Head Coach in 2009, but the Gators have won two of the last three matchups between the two schools.

UK will look to start the season off on the right foot with a win against a ranked opponent, but they will have their work cut out for them as Florida is coming off a successful campaign that saw them reach the Elite Eight of the NCAA tournament

UK to Play Louisville in First Road Game of the Season

The University of Kentucky Wildcats have released their schedule for the upcoming college basketball season The Cats will open the season at home against Morehead State on November 5th.

Their first road game of the season will be against Louisville on December 12th. This will be the first time the two in-state rivals have faced each other since 2013. The game will be played at Louisville’s KFC Yum! Center.

Other notable games on UK’s schedule include a home match-up against North Carolina on December 19th and a road game against Auburn on January 16th.

UK to Host North Carolina in December

The UK Basketball team has announced their schedule for the upcoming season including a December home game against North Carolina The Wildcats will also host Louisville in January, as well as take on Tennessee and Auburn on the road.

UK to play Indiana in Assembly Hall

The Kentucky Wildcats will travel to Indiana to take on the Hoosiers in Assembly Hall on December 10th, the school announced today. The game will tip off at noon ET and will be broadcast on ESPN.

This will be the first time the two teams have played each other since December of 2016, when Indiana defeated UK 73-67. The Wildcats hold a slim lead in the all-time series, which stands at 53-52 in Kentucky’s favor.

UK to Host Vanderbilt in Home Finale

The Basketball Schedule was released this morning and it includes a home finale against Vanderbilt. The game will be played on Saturday, March 7th at Rupp Arena The Wildcats will also host Florida, LSU, Missouri, Ole Miss and Texas A&M in SEC play.

Kentucky’s road games include trips to Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, Mississippi State South Carolina Tennessee, and Vanderbilt. The Wildcats will play two exhibition games in November against Morehead State and Transylvania.

UK to Play Tennessee in Knoxville

The University of Kentucky men’s basketball team will open Eastern Conference play on the road at Tennessee, the league office announced on Wednesday.

The Wildcats’ game at Tennessee is set for Saturday, Jan. 4, at 8 p.m. ET and will be televised on ESPN.

Kentucky’s full SEC schedule will be released at a later date.

UK to Host Kentucky in Rupp Arena

The Kentucky Wildcats have released their schedule for the upcoming season which will see them take on in-state rivals Louisville and Kentucky.

Other notable games include a matchup with Duke in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge, as well as a meeting with North Carolina in Chapel Hill

UK to Play Florida in Gainesville

The UK Wildcats will face off against the Florida Gators in Gainesville on December 12th, according to the schedule released by the University of Kentucky today. The game will be UK’s first against Florida since February 26, 2017, when the Wildcats defeated the Gators 84-67.

This will be the first of four games Kentucky will play against SEC opponents on the road this season. The others include games at Auburn (January 20), Mississippi State (February 3), and Tennessee (February 17).
