The Charlotte 49ers basketball team is looking to add some talented young players to their roster and they are currently targeting several recruits.
Among the recruits the 49ers are targeting are four-star point guard Devon Dotson and five-star shooting guard Bryan Antoine. Dotson, who plays for Sagemont School in Weston, Florida, is ranked as the No. 19 player in the nation by ESPN Antoine, who plays for Ranney School in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, is ranked as the No. 11 player in the nation by ESPN.
The 49ers are also targeting four-star small forward Jermaine Samuels and three-star Power Forward Jaylen Hoard. Samuels, who plays for The Rivers School in Weston, Massachusetts, is ranked as the No. 35 player in the nation by ESPN. Hoard, who plays for Wesleyan Christian Academy in High Point North Carolina is ranked as the No. 54 player in the nation by ESPN.
The Charlotte 49ers have already landed one recruit for their 2019 class with three-star point guard Jahmir Young signing his Letter of Intent to play for the 49ers next season.

The Charlotte 49ers Basketball team is targeting a number of top recruits in the Class of 2021. Among the players the 49ers are targeting are five-star center Moussa Cisse, four-star small forward Dylan Cardwell, and four-star shooting guard Jaylen Blakes.
Cisse, who is from Mali, is widely considered one of the best big men in the class. He stands at 6-foot-11 and weighs in at 230 pounds. He has received offers from some of the top schools in the country, including Duke, Kentucky, and North Carolina
Cardwell is a 6-foot-7 small forward from Virginia. He is rated as a four-star recruit by 247Sports and is ranked as the No. 52 player in the Class of 2021. He has also received offers from several ACC schools, including Virginia Tech and Wake Forest
Blakes is a 6-foot-4 shooting guard from Maryland. He is also rated as a four-star recruit by 247Sports and is ranked as the No. 76 player in his class. He has received offers from several schools, including Georgetown, Maryland, and Villanova.

Wilmore, a 6’8” 190-pound power forward from Dublin, OH, is rated a 3-star recruit by ESPN and the No. 153 player in the nation. He also had offers from Ohio State Xavier, and Pittsburgh among others before choosing Charlotte.
The two additions give the 49ers six recruits in their 2020 class which is now ranked No. 24 in the country according to ESPN.

The 6-foot-3 Saint Louis Missouri native was the highest rated recruit in Charlotte’s 2020 class, and his de-commitment leaves the 49ers with zero commits in their 2020 class.
