The UK basketball team is headed to the 2014 NCAA Tournament Here is a look at their schedule:
First round:
March 18th: UK vs. Kansas State
Second round:
March 20th: UK vs. Wichita State
Regional semifinals:
March 27th: UK vs. Michigan/Tennessee winner
Regional finals:
March 29th: UK vs. Louisville/Kentucky winner
UK Basketball’s 2014 NCAA tournament Bracket
The University of Kentucky Basketball team is headed to the 2014 NCAA Tournament! The Wildcats finished the season with a 21-12 record and were awarded a #8 seed in the tournament. UK will take on #9 seed Kansas State in the first round on Thursday, March 20th at 9:40pm EST.
If UK defeats Kansas State they will face either #1 seed Wichita State or #16 seed Cal Poly in the second round on Saturday, March 22nd. The complete bracket for the 2014 NCAA tournament can be found here.

UK Basketball has a long and storied history in the NCAA Tournament The team has won 8 National Championships the most recent being in 2012. They have also been to the Final Four a total of 20 times, including 9 times in the last 20 years. In total, UK has played in 57 NCAA tournaments, and their all-time record is 125-47.
This year, UK is once again headed to the tournament as a #1 seed. They will be looking to add to their already impressive history in the tournament and bring home another National Championship

The Kentucky Wildcats are headed to the 2014 NCAA Tournament! This will be their 18th consecutive appearance in the tournament, which is the second longest streak in NCAA history. The Wildcats are seeded fourth in the Midwest Region and will take on Kansas State in the Round of 64.
This is a team that is loaded with talent, but has struggled at times during the season. They will need to be on their game if they want to make a run in the tournament.
The Wildcats are led by freshman sensation Julius Randle Randle is averaging a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds per game He is one of the best players in the country and will need to be at his best if Kentucky wants to make a deep run in the tournament.
