Situated atop a beautiful and welcoming campus in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Alice Lloyd College has much to offer its students. Among these are many unique and valuable opportunities, such as the experience of coaching Alice Lloyd Baseball.

The Alice Lloyd baseball coaching staff consists of four former professional baseball players all of which have agreed to terms for the 2020 season. Heading the staff is head coach Joe Parisi, who played professionally for eight years before retiring and becoming a private hitting instructor.

The other three coaches on staff are Brian Hudgell, Austin Shields, and Brandon Romine. Hudgell played college baseball at Virginia Commonwealth University before being drafted by the Texas Rangers in 2007. He played four seasons of professional baseball reaching as high as Double-A. After his playing career ended, he became a highly sought-after private pitching instructor.

Shields was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in 2010 and played six seasons of Professional Baseball before injuries forced him to retire. Romine was also drafted by the Royals in 2010 and played eight seasons of professional baseball reaching as high as Triple-A. He too retired due to injuries.
