The Bellingham Bells are a collegiate summer Baseball Team based in Bellingham, WA. The team is composed of college-age players from around the world and competes in the West Coast League (WCL). The WCL is widely considered to be one of the top collegiate summer leagues in North America
The Bells have been one of the most successful teams in the WCL since they joined the league in 2010. They have won 3 WCL Championships (2010, 2013, 2016) and have made 6 playoff appearances. In addition, they have had 18 players named to All-Star teams and 4 players named WCL Player of the Year.
The team plays its home games at Joe Martin Field, located in Whatcom County’s picturesque Cascade Mountains. The ballpark has a capacity of 2,600 and features stunning views of Mount Baker.

The Bellingham Bells are a minor League Baseball team located in Bellingham, Washington. They are affiliated with the San Francisco Giants and their home games are played at Joe Martin Field.

The Giants drafted six Bells players in 2018, including two of the team’s top starting pitchers, Connor Johnson and Tristan Beck. The Bellingham Bells are a minor league baseball team based in Bellingham, Washington. The Bells began play in the short-lived Western National League in 1951. In 1955, the Bellingham Braves joined the WIL, and won the championship in 1957. Shortly thereafter, the WIL ceased operations and the Braves became an affiliate of the Milwaukee Braves In 1964, the team was renamed the San Francisco Giants The Giants played their home games at Joe Martin Field on Whatcom Community College campus. The Bells were a member of the Northwest League from 1951 to 1964.
In 1965, the team became an affiliate of the Chicago White Sox and was renamed the Bellingham Sox. The Sox played their Home Games at Franklin Field on Whatcom Community College campus. The team won the NWL championship in 1967. In 1968, they moved to become the Vancouver Whitecaps, an affiliate of the Oakland Athletics
In1969, Whatcom County built a new stadium for $600,000 and donated it to the city with bond specificity that it would be used only for baseball. It was named after Joseph P. Martin (1888-1973), a longtime supporter of Whatcomboth Community College and Minor League Baseball in Bellingham.”
