Grand Junction baseball has a long and storied history. The team was founded in 1901, and they have been playing competitively ever since. The team has seen a lot of success over the years, winning several championships. They are currently a member of the Rocky Mountain League.

The Rise of the Grand Junction Baseball Club
The Grand Junction baseball club has been on the rise in recent years The team has seen a lot of success in the last few years, including winning the National League pennant in 2016. The team is currently in first place in the NL West and looks to continue their success in the 2017 season.
The Grand Junction Baseball Club’s First Season
The Grand Junction Baseball Club is excited to announce their first season! The local team will be playing in the Pioneer League a minor league affiliated with Major League Baseball
The team’s home games will be played at Suplizio Field, located in downtown Grand Junction. Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased online or at the ballpark.

The Grand Junction Baseball Club’s Second Season
The Grand Junction Baseball Club is your local Baseball Team We are a semi-professional team made up of former college and Minor League players. Our goal is to provide entertainment for the citizens of Grand Junction and the surrounding communities while also promoting the Game of Baseball
We are entering our second season and have made some improvements to our roster. We have added several new players who we believe will make us a more competitive team. Our home games are played at Grand Junction High School’s Suplizio Field. We hope to see you at some of our games this season!
The Grand Junction Baseball Club’s Third Season
The Grand Junction Baseball Club is pleased to announce their third season in the Valley! The GJBC is a collegiate summer baseball team which plays in the Mountain West baseball league (MWBL). The MWBL consists of ten teams from across Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming.
The GJBC plays their home games at Suplizio Field, located in Grand Junction, Colorado. This state-of-the-art facility is able to accommodate over 4,000 fans and features a press box, concession stands, and a merchandise store.
This year’s team looks to be very strong, with several players having Division I experience. Head Coach Scott Griffith is entering his third season with the club and is excited to get things started. “We are looking forward to getting out on the field and competing.” Coach Griffiths added, “Our goal is always to win the League Championship and we feel like we have the team capable of doing that this year.”
The GJBC will begin their season on the road against the Laramie Plainsmen on May 31st. Their home opener will be on June 2nd against the Cheyenne big Hornets.

The Grand Junction Baseball Club will begin their fourth season this May, and they are certain to continue their success from previous years. The team is a local favorite and fans can expect to see many familiar faces on the field this season.
The club has been working hard in the off-season to prepare for their upcoming campaign. They have made several additions to the roster, including some new pitchers and hitters that should help them compete for a championship.

The Grand Junction Baseball Club is excited to begin their fifth season in the wonderful city of Grand Junction! The team has busted their butts in the off-season to make sure they are ready to bring another championship home to their fans. Go GJ!
The Grand Junction Baseball Club’s Sixth Season
The Grand Junction Baseball Club is gearing up for its sixth season in the heart of downtown Grand Junction, Colorado. The local team plays in the rookie-level Pioneer League and is affiliated with the Major League Colorado Rockies
The club’s home games are played at Suplizio Field, a state-of-the-art facility that seats up to 5,500 fans. The field is named after longtime Grand Junction residents Eugene “Buddy” and Hazel Suplizio, who donated the land on which the ballpark was built.
Since its founding in 2013, the Grand Junction Baseball Club has been committed to giving back to the community that supports it. The team hosts many promotional nights throughout the season, including cancers awareness nights, military appreciation nights, faith and family nights, and more.
Whether you’re a diehard baseball fan or just looking for a fun night out with friends or family, come on down to historic downtown Grand Junction and root for your local team!
The Future of Grand Junction Baseball
While there is no guarantee that baseball will remain in Grand Junction for years to come, the city has shown a willingness to invest in its team. In 2017, the city spent $1.2 million to renovate Suplizio Field, the home of the Grand Junction Rockies. The money was used to improve concessions, seating, and restrooms. The city has also set aside $500,000 for improvements to the facility in 2018.
