A Quick Look at the Schedule

The Wisconsin Badgers Hockey Schedule is out, and we’ve got a quick look for you. The Badgers will open the season at home against Minnesota Duluth on October 6th, and will have their first road game of the season against Notre Dame on October 13th. They’ll close out the month of October with a Home game against Michigan Tech on the 27th.

In November, the Badgers will have 8 games, 4 of which will be at home. They’ll start the month with 2 road games against Penn State (3rd) and Ohio State (9-10), before returning home to host Michigan State (16-17) and Minnesota (23-24). They’ll finish up November with a road game at North Dakota (29-30).

The Badgers will play 10 games in December, including 7 at home. They’ll start off with 2 road games against Boston College (1st) and Merrimack (8), before coming back to Madison for a 5-game homestand. That homestand includes games against Arizona State (14-15), Clarkson (28-29), and Colorado College (31).

The 2017-2018 Wisconsin Badgers Hockey Schedule is out, and fans can’t wait for the season to get started. The Badgers are coming off a successful 2016-2017 campaign in which they made it to the NCAA Frozen Four for the first time in program history. While there are many great games on the schedule, here are the top five games that fans should make sure to watch:

1. October 6 vs. North Dakota – The Badgers open their season at home against one of their biggest rivals, North Dakota This will be a great test for the team early in the season, and it should be a great game to watch.

2. November 24-25 vs. Notre Dame – The Badgers will host Notre Dame in a two-game series at the Kohl Center over Thanksgiving weekend. These two teams always seem to play each other tough, so this should be two great games to watch

3. December 1-2 at Minnesota – The Badgers hit the road to take on another one of their biggest rivals, Minnesota. These two teams always have great games when they meet up, so this is definitely a series to watch for any college hockey fan.

4. January 5 vs. Ohio State – The Badgers open up their Conference Schedule at home against Ohio State This should be a great game as both teams battle for position in the Big Ten standings.

5 . February 16-17 at Michigan – The Badgers wrap up their regular season on the road against Michigan in what could be a preview of the Big Ten Tournament Championship game These two teams always seem to rise to the occasion when they meet each other, so this should be an excellent series to end the regular season with.
