The Coaches

The Delaware Hayes Basketball Program is led by Head Coach Scot Bliss and Assistant Coach Stacy Hairston. Coach Bliss is entering his sixth season at the helm of the Pacer program, and he has amassed an impressive 126-32 record during his tenure.

Under his tutelage, the Pacers have won four conference championships and made four trips to the State Tournament including a runner-up finish in 2017. Coach Bliss was named Ohio Coach of the Year in 2016 and 2018, and he was also named District Coach of the Year in 2016 and 2018.

Assistant Coach Stacy Hairston is entering her fifth season with the program, and she has been a key part of the Pacers’ success over the past several years. A former Standout Player at Otterbein University Coach Hairston has helped mentor several All-Conference and All-District players during her time at Delaware Hayes.
