The Atlantic 10 Conference (A10) is a collegiate athletic conference which operates in the northeastern United States It participates in the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s (NCAA) Division I, and holds a total of 14 men’s basketball championships the most of any conference.
ESPN ranks the A10 as the sixth best men’s college basketball conference. The most recent A10 Men’s Basketball Champions are the Davidson Wildcats, who won the 2019 tournament.

A10 basketball standings by Conference
The A10 is a college basketball conference that has produced several NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Championship winners, most recently the VCU Rams in 2011. The conference currently has 14 member schools, with the newest members being the Davidson Wildcats and the Rhode Island Rams The conference season typically runs from late December to early March, with each team playing every other team at least once and teams playing some teams twice. At the end of the regular season the top 12 teams advance to the A10 Basketball Tournament which is held at a neutral site. The tournament winner receives the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Championship
A10 Basketball Standings by Division
The 202021 Atlantic 10 Conference men’s Basketball season will begin with practices in November 2020, followed by the start of the 202021 NCAA Division I men’s basketball season in December 2020. The Regular Season will end in February 2021, followed by the 2021 Atlantic 10 Men’s Basketball Tournament at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
This will be the 41st season for the Atlantic 10 as a basketball-only conference. George Mason and VCU will both leave the conference after this season to join the Horizon League and Southern Conference respectively. As a result, only 14 teams will compete in A10 play this season. Davidson is eligible to win the regular season championship and receive the A10’s automatic bid to the NCAA tournament as they are in their first year of A10 affiliation.

The conference is also affiliated with the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference and the Patriot League

The 201920 Atlantic 10 Conference men’s basketball season began with practices in October 2019, followed by the start of the 201920 NCAA Division I men’s Basketball Season in November. The Regular Season will end in March 2020, followed by the 2020 Atlantic 10 Men’s Basketball Tournament at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York from March 1114, 2020. This will be the 42nd edition of the tournament.
