The Southern Illinois Men’s basketball team is set to begin their season on Tuesday, November 5th at home against Eastern Illinois The team will look to build on last year’s success, when they won 22 games and made the semi-finals of the Missouri Valley conference tournament

November 9th – at Indiana State
November 12th – at Murray State

The Men’s Basketball Schedule is Here

The much-anticipated Southern Illinois men’s Basketball Schedule has finally been released! SIU will open the season at home against Central Arkansas on November 6th. They’ll play a total of 27 regular season games, with 14 of those being at home in the friendly confines of the SIU Arena. Some of the other games fans will be looking forward to are the battle for the Bronze Boot against Missouri State on December 4th, and Senior Day when SIU takes on Wichita State on March 7th. The Women’s Basketball Schedule is Here

The long-anticipated Southern Illinois women’s Basketball Schedule has finally been released, and it is packed with prime match-ups!

The Salukis will open up their season on the road against Big Ten foe Northwestern on November 5th. They will then return home to host SEMO on the 11th before traveling to Central Arkansas on the 14th.

SIU’s first conference game will be at home against Bradley on December 3rd. They will then go on the road to play Missouri State before coming back home to host Loyola on the 29th.

The team’s Conference Schedule is full of tough opponents, but some key match-ups include a return trip to Bradley on January 14th, a Home game against Missouri State on February 1st, and Senior Day against Loyola on February 18th.

Make sure you mark your calendars and come out to support your Salukis as they battle their way through another exciting season of women’s basketball!
