The Chattanooga Lookouts are a Minor League Baseball team of the Southern League and the Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers They are located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and play their home games at AT&T Field which opened in 2000 and can seat up to 6,340 fans. The Lookouts began play in 1885 as the Chattanooga White Caps, and were a founding member of the Southern Association in 1901. They competed in the Association until 1961 when this league dissolved, after which they spent one season as members of the South Atlantic League before becoming founding members of the Southern League in 1964.

1) On Wednesday, April 11th, the Lookouts take on the Birmingham Barons. This will be the first time these two teams play each other this season, so it’s sure to be a good game.

Rivalries

As the minor league season begins, Chattanooga Lookouts fans are getting pumped up for another year of baseball. The team has a long and storied history, dating back to 1885. They’ve played in several different leagues throughout the years and have been affiliated with multiple Major League Baseball teams. Chattanooga fans, rejoice! The Lookouts have just released their official Baseball Schedule for the 2020 season, and there are some exciting new additions.

The home opener is set for Friday, April 10th against the Montgomery Biscuits with first pitch at 7:15pm. As always, there will be plenty of fan-favorite giveaways and special events throughout the season.

Some of the other highlights include:
Memorial Day Weekend: The Lookouts will take on the Birmingham Barons from May 22-25.
Fourth of July Celebration: Chattanooga will host the Smokies for a three-game series from July 3-5, culminating in a huge fireworks display after the game on Independence Day.
– Labor Day Weekend: The Lookouts close out their regular season with a four-game homestand against the Pensacola Blue Wahoos from September 4-7.

Promotions

The Chattanooga Lookouts, Minor League affiliate of the Minnesota Twins released their promos for the 2018 season. The season starts on Thursday, April 5th, with a Home game against the Montgomery Biscuits.

Thursday, April 5th is also Opening Night, Fireworks Night, and Thirsty Thursday. Fireworks will be following the game presented by EPB Fiber Optics. Fans can enjoy $2 12oz Miller Lites and Coors Banquet beers all game long.
