The 2019 Baseball Schedule A First Look
baseball season is just around the corner, and with it comes the release of schedules for all 30 teams. The MLB schedule is always one of the most hotly anticipated releases of the year for baseball fans as it gives them a chance to start mapping out which games they want to attend and which ones they’ll be able to watch on TV.
This year’s schedule has some interesting quirks and features that are worth taking a look at. For one, the all-star break will be shorter than usual, as it has been pushed back a week to accommodate for the World Baseball Classic Additionally, there are a number of teams that will be playing international games, including the Seattle Mariners who will open the season with a two-game series against the Oakland Athletics in Japan.

Yesterday, the long-awaited 2019 MLB schedule was released. For baseball fans this is an exciting time of year. We can now start to plan our trips to the ballpark, and we can start to dream about which games we might go to.
There are a few things that stand out when you first look at the schedule. First, there are a lot of interleague games early in the season. In prior years, interleague play was mostly saved for the summer months. This year, there are interleague games in every month except September. Second, there are a lot of four-game series’. In prior years, most series were either three games or six games. This year, there will be nearly as many four-game series as there will be six-game series’.
While the schedule release is exciting, it’s also just a starting point Over the next few months, ticket prices will be released, and fans will start to buy tickets for individual games. The season seems far away right now, but it will be here before we know it!

The first half of the season will be played from March 28-July 7. The All-Star game will be played on July 9.

The 2019 Major League Baseball season will begin on March 28, with all 30 teams in action. The 2019 Baseball schedule A Final Look
It’s never too early to start looking forward to the 2019 baseball season and with that in mind, we’re excited to release the Cornerstone Baseball schedule!
As always, we’ve put together a challenging slate of games that will prepare us for the rigors of conference play We open the season on February 15th with a three-game series at home against Indiana Tech From there, we have home series against Siena Heights, Aquinas, and Madonna before hitting the road for games at Lourdes and Rochester.
Our first conference series comes at home against Cleary on March 15th-17th. We also have home series against Madonna, Aquinas, Siena Heights, and Lourdes. We close out the regular season on the road against Rochester.
The WHAC tournament will be held May 8th-11th at a site to be determined. The top eight teams in the conference will qualify for the tournament.
We hope you’ll come out and support us as we strive to make another run at a conference championship!

The Cornerstone baseball team will take on opponents from all over Texas, including several teams that are ranked in the top 25 nationally. We have weekend series, mid-week games, and home games at our state-of-the-art facility in Arlington.
You can view the full schedule here. Below, we have highlighted some of the key dates and matchups:
March 1-3: The 2019 season opens with a three-game series against Texas A&M Kingsville. The Javelinas are coming off a 2018 season in which they won the Southland conference tournament and made an appearance in the NCAA Division II World Series
March 8-10: The home opener is a three-game series against St. Edward’s University. The Hilltoppers finished last season ranked No. 24 in the nation and are always a tough opponent.
March 29-31: We close out the month of March with a three-game series against Angelo State University The Rams are coming off a 2018 season in which they won the NCAA Division II National Championship This will be a great test for our team early on in the season.
