Earlham Field hockey is led by Head Coach Carrie Mooney, who is entering her sixth season at the helm of the program. Under Coach Mooney’s guidance, the team has compiled an impressive record of 97-17-3 (.842 winning percentage), including a perfect 22-0 mark in 2016 which culminated with a berth in the NCAA Division III Tournament.
The Earlham Field Hockey program has produced numerous All-Americans, Academic All-Americans, and Conference Players of the Year. In addition, Earlham Field Hockey Players have gone on to successful careers as coaches and administrators at all levels of Field Hockey

In order to achieve our goals, we need to continue to recruiting talented players from around the country.
