The Eastern Michigan Baseball Schedule is Here!

It’s official! The Eastern Michigan baseball schedule is out, and we can’t wait to see what the team has in store for us this year. From their first game on February 15th all the way through their last game on May 16th, the Eagles will be flying high, hoping to bring home a victory for their fans.

A Quick Overview of the Schedule

The Eastern Michigan University (EMU) baseball team has released their 2019 schedule. The team will play a total of 56 games, 27 of which will be at home in Oestrike Stadium. The season starts on February 15th with the team taking on Indiana State University and will end on May 25th with a game against the University of Toledo. Some other notable games include:
-March 8th – 11th: three games against the University of Notre Dame
-March 29th – 30th: two games against Central Michigan University
-April 12th – 14th: three games against Western Michigan University

The Conference Games

The Eastern Michigan baseball schedule is here and the conference games are looking promising! The season will open up with a Home game against the University of Toledo on February 28th and will close out with a three-game series against Bowling Green State University on May 16-18.

The Non-Conference Games

The Eagles will face some tough competition this season as they take on non-conference foes such as the University of Michigan Central Michigan University, and Eastern Kentucky University

The Key Games

Here are the key games of the Eastern Michigan University baseball season

-The home opener against Albion on March 3
-The conference series against Bowling Green from April 7-9
-The rivalry game against Central Michigan on May 5
-The final home game of the season against Toledo on May 19

The Rivalries

The Eastern Michigan baseball schedule is Here! The names have been announced for the three game series against Kent State The first game will take place on Thursday, April 11th at 6:05 pm. The second game will be on Friday, April 12th at 6:05 pm, and the third game will be on Saturday, April 13th at 1:05 pm.

The TV Games

The date, time, and opponent have been announced for eight of Eastern Michigan University’s baseball games that will be televised this season.

The Eagles will make their TV debut on Saturday, April 1 at noon when they take on Bowling Green State University at Oestrike Stadium. That game will be carried by CBS Sports Network.

Eastern will also appear on ESPNU when they host the University of Toledo on Wednesday, April 12 at 6 p.m.
