· Josephine “Josie” Graham – Josie is a senior and has been playing varsity baseball for four years. She is an excellent pitcher and has a batting average of .350.

· Benjamin “Ben” Brooks – Ben is a junior and has been playing varsity baseball for three years. He is an outstanding catcher and has a batting average of .275.

· Emily “Em” Andrews – Em is a sophomore and is new to the varsity team this year. She is an incredible fielder and has a batting average of .400.

The Yankees have been busy re-tooling their roster, adding Key Players like Michael Pineda, Rafael Soriano, and Derek Jeter And don’t count out the defending champion Texas Rangers who are once again led by perennial MVP candidate Josh Hamilton

The team’s top pitcher, Jake Travers, is a senior who has been with the team for four years. He has a lot of experience and knows how to get the job done on the mound. The team’s top catcher, Matt O’Brien, is also a senior. He’s a great leader and motivator, and he knows how to work with pitchers to help them get the most out of their abilities. The team’s other Top Players include junior second baseman Alex Rabinowitz, who is a great hitter and fielder; senior first baseman Dan Murphy who is also a great hitter and fielder; and junior outfielder Chris Johnson who is a good all-around player. With such a strong roster, the Fairfield baseball team has a good chance of having a successful season
