About the team

The Fairview Basketball team is a group of young men who love to play the game of basketball The team is made up of players from all around the community, and they all share a passion for the sport. The team has been together for a few years now, and they have grown to become a close-knit group of friends. They play their home games at the Fairview Gymnasium, and they are always looking for new players to join their team. --Chris Paul Chris is a 6’1” guard who has been with the team for 3 years. He’s a lights out three-point shooter and an incredible ball handler

--Lebron James LeBron is a 6’8” forward who is in his first year with the team. He’s an explosive player who can finish at the rim with ease.

--Kobe Bryant Kobe is a 6’6” guard who has been with the team for 5 years. He’s a talented scorer and an excellent defender.

--Kevin Durant Kevin is a 6’9” forward who has been with the team for 4 years. He’s a versatile player who can score, rebound, and block shots

--Dwyane Wade Dwyane is a 6’4” guard who has been with the team for 2 years. He’s an explosive scorer and a tenacious defender.

Since its inception, Fairview Basketball has grown tremendously. They now have 3 teams – an 8th grade team, a 9th grade team, and a 10th grade team – and they play in a competitive league against other city schools. In addition to their on-the-court success, Fairview Basketball is also known for their community outreach work. They visit local elementary schools to talk to kids about the importance of education and they offer free basketball clinics to kids in the city.
