In his four years with the Bearcats, Morrow scored 1,812 points (9.4 ppg), grabbed 431 rebounds (2.2 rpg), and made 261 three-pointers (43.5%). He was a two-time All-Conference USA selection, and his senior year he was named the Conference USA Tournament MVP after leading the Bearcats to the title.

Morrow went undrafted in the 1999 NBA draft but he caught on with the Indiana Pacers as a free agent He played in 44 games for the Pacers during the 1999-2000 season, averaging 2.7 points in 8.4 minutes per game. The following season, Morrow played in just 12 games for Indiana, averaging 1.3 points in 3.8 minutes per game, before being released by the team in December 2000.
