How Good is Jayson Tatum in NBA 2K22?

Currently, there is no unanimously agreed-upon answer to this question. Jayson Tatum’s ability in NBA 2K22 will likely depend on how well he performs in the upcoming NBA season Some experts are predicting that he will be one of the best players in the game, while others are not so sure. Only time will tell for sure.

How Accurate is Jayson Tatum’s Rating in NBA 2K22?

It’s that time of year again. NBA 2K22 is right around the corner, and with it comes the yearly debate of player ratings While some ratings seem spot on, others have organizations and fans scratching their heads. One such rating that has people talking is Jayson Tatum’s rating in the game.

Jayson Tatum is one of the best young players in the NBA today He’s coming off a season where he averaged 26 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists per game He’s also a key piece to one of the best teams in the league, the Boston Celtics So it’s no surprise that people are wondering how accurate his rating is in NBA 2K22.

According to 2K, Jayson Tatum has an overall rating of 89 in the game. This puts him tied for the 12th best small forward in the game with Jimmy Butler and Paul George. It’s safe to say that people have some beef with this rating.

First off, let’s take a look at some of the players who are rated ahead of Jayson Tatum. Lebron James Kevin Durant Kawhi Leonard and Giannis Antetokounmpo are all rated ahead of him at small forward That’s not really debatable. They’re all better players than Jayson Tatum right now. But what about some of the other players who are rated ahead of him?

Jimmy Butler is rated ahead of Jayson Tatum even though he was on a different team for most of last season and didn’t really play that well when he was on the Miami Heat Paul George is another player who is rated ahead of Jayson Tatum despite having a down year last season. So it seems like 2K may have overrated some players while underrating others.

Jayson Tatum isn’t happy with his rating either. When asked about it, he said “I feel like I’m better than 89.” He also said “I know I’m better than Jimmy Butler” and “I know I’m better than Paul George.” So it seems like he’ll be looking to prove 2K wrong when NBA 2K22 comes out later this year.

Our Final Thoughts on NBA 2K22

We got our hands on an early copy of NBA 2K22 and have been playing it religiously ever since. And we have to say, we’re impressed. The game looks great, plays great, and feels extremely polished for a pre-release build.

The only downside is that we didn’t get to see much of Jayson Tatum in the game. He’s only featured in a single cutscene and there’s no mention of him in the commentary or in any of the menus. We’re hoping this is just because the build we played was early and that he’ll be more prominently featured in the final game

Overall, we’re extremely excited for NBA 2K22 and can’t wait to see what else 2K has in store for us.
