Introduction to the Knoxville Regional Baseball Tournament
The 2019 Knoxville Regional Baseball Tournament will be held from May 31-June 2 at Lindsey Nelson Stadium on the campus of the University of Tennessee This will be the first year that the Knoxville Regional has been held at Lindsey Nelson Stadium, which is also home to the Tennessee Volunteers baseball team The Knoxville Regional is one of 16 NCAA Division I baseball tournaments that will be held across the country this year, and it is one of four regionals that will be played in the state of Tennessee.
The four teams that will be competing in the Knoxville Regional are the top seed University of Tennessee the second seed Wake Forest University, the third seed Elon University and the fourth seed Indiana State University The Knoxville Regional is a double-elimination tournament, meaning that each team will play two games, and the two teams with the most wins will advance to the Championship game on Sunday.
The winner of the Knoxville Regional will advance to Super Regional round of the NCAA tournament where they will play one of eight other regional winners in a best-of-three series. The winner of each Super Regional will advance tothe College World Series which is a double-elimination tournament to determinethe National Champion

The 2019 Knoxville Regional Baseball Tournament will be held at Lindsey Nelson Stadium on the campus of the University of Tennessee from May 31- June 2. The four-team, double-elimination tournament features host Tennessee, as well as Florida State Georgia Tech and Liberty.
This will be the sixth time that Lindsey Nelson Stadium has hosted a NCAA regional and the first time since 2013. The Vols are coming off a regular season in which they went 36-20 overall and 17-13 in SEC play. They are led by sophomore first baseman Jordan Rodgers, who hit .333 with 15 home runs and 60 RBIs during the regular season
The regional will begin on Friday, May 31st, with Florida State taking on Georgia Tech at 3 p.m., followed by Tennessee vs. Liberty at 7 p.m. The full schedule is as follows:

The double-elimination regional rounds will be held at campus sites, with the 16 winners advancing to the best-of-three Super Regionals From there, the eight winners will head to Omaha for the College World Series set to begin on Saturday, June 15.

The 2019 Knoxville Regional Baseball Tournament will be held from Thursday, May 30 to Sunday, June 2 at UT’s Lindsey Nelson Stadium. The four-team, double-elimination tournament includes No. 1 overall seed Vanderbilt, along with Illinois State Clemson and East Tennessee State
Vanderbilt and Illinois State will open the tournament at noon ET on ESPNU, followed by Clemson and East Tennessee State at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN2.
The regionals are a best-of-three series, and if a team loses its first game, it will play an elimination game against the loser of the other Opening Round game. The two winners from the Opening Round will then face each other in the winners’ bracket finals, while the two losers will play an elimination game.

Knoxville Regional Baseball Tournament Tickets and Parking
The 2019 Knoxville Regional Baseball Tournament will be held at William Saroyan Field from May 31- June 2. The event will feature four top college baseball teams from around the country competing in a double-elimination tournament.
Tickets for the tournament are on sale now and can be purchased online or at the box office. General admission tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 3-12. Tournament passes, which provide access to all games, are also available for $25.
