The Montgomery Biscuits

The Montgomery Biscuits are a Minor League Baseball team in Montgomery, Alabama. The team, which plays in the Southern League, is the Double-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays They are located at Riverwalk Stadium.

The Biscuits began play in 2004 as the Replacement Biscuits following the relocation of the defunct Tennessee Smokies to Kodak, Tennessee. The team played its home games at Montgomery’s Riverwalk Stadium for its first two seasons before moving to their current ballpark, Hank Aaron Stadium, in 2007.

In 2018, the Biscuits won their second Southern League Championship

Other notable home games include a 10-game homestand in May against the Chattanooga Lookouts and Mississippi Braves, and a 6-game homestand in June against the Biloxi Shuckers.

The Montgomery Biscuits, the Double-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays have released their 2018 Baseball Schedule The Biscuits will open their season on the road against the Jackson Generals on Thursday, April 5th.

The home opener at Riverwalk Stadium will be against the Pensacola Blue Wahoos on Monday, April 9th. The six-game homestand will also feature visits from the Biloxi Shuckers and the Mobile BayBears.

Highlights of the 2018 season include a visit from Grammy Award-winning country music artist Brad Paisley on Saturday, May 5th and a Father’s Day celebration featuring a post-game catch on the field on Sunday, June 17th.

The Montgomery Biscuits are excited to offer dynamic ticket pricing for all games in 2018. Ticket prices will fluctuate based on factors such as opponent, day of week, and whether it is a promotional night. Fans are encouraged to buy tickets in advance to get the best price.
