The NBA draft is just around the corner, and there are plenty of prospects that teams will be looking at. But who are the top 10 prospects that everyone will be talking about?

He played one season of college basketball at Duke University where he averaged 22.6 points, 4.3 assists and 7.6 rebounds per game while shooting 45.4% from the field and 33.8% from three-point range Barrett was named the ACC Rookie of the Year and a First Team All-American by the Associated Press. He is currently projected to be a top-three pick in the 2019 NBA draft
Darius Garland
With the fifth pick in the 2019 NBA draft the Cleveland Cavaliers select… Darius Garland!
The point guard out of Vanderbilt is one of the most intriguing prospects in the entire draft. He’s a gifted scorer with a deadly outside shot and the ability to create his own shot off the dribble. He has great Court Vision and is an unselfish player who makes his teammates better.
The biggest knock on Garland is his injury history. He played in just five games as a freshman before suffering a season-ending torn meniscus in his left knee. That injury caused him to miss Summer League and most of the pre-draft process, so he’s a bit of an unknown quantity.
If he can stay healthy, Garland has the potential to be a special player in the NBA. He has all the tools to be an All-Star caliber point guard and it will be interesting to see how he develops over his career.
Coby White
Coby White is a 6’5” shooting guard from North Carolina He is one of the best shooters in the country and has a chance to be a great scorer at the next level. He needs to work on his defense and playmaking, but he has All-Star potential.
De’Andre Hunter
De’Andre Hunter is widely considered one of the top prospects in the upcoming NBA Draft The 6’7″ forward from the University of Virginia is a skilled two-way player that projects as a potential All-Star at the next level.
Hunter was a key piece to Virginia’s National Championship team this past season, averaging 15.2 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game while shooting an impressive 52.5% from the field and 43.8% from three-point range. He has terrific size for a small forward and has shown the ability to knock down shots from anywhere on the court.
Defensively, Hunter is a versatile defender that can guard multiple positions. He has excellent instincts and uses his length well to disrupt shots and cause turnovers. Hunter is also a very good rebounder for his position, averaging 5.1 rebounds per game this past season.
Overall, Hunter is a well-rounded player that projects as a future All-Star in the NBA. He has the ability to impact the game on both ends of the court and should be an immediate contributor for whichever team drafts him.
Cam Reddish
Cam Reddish is a 6’8″ Small Forward from Duke University who is widely considered one of the top prospects in the 2019 NBA Draft Reddish is known for his scoring ability, as he averaged over 20 points per game during his one and only season at Duke. He is also an excellent three-point shooter, as he shot over 35% from beyond the arc during his college career. WhileReddish does have some defensive shortcomings, he has the potential to be a very dangerous scoring threat at the next level.
Nassir Little
Nassir Little is a shooting guard/small forward who played one season of college basketball for the University of North Carolina He was a consensus five-star recruit and is widely considered one of the top prospects in the 2019 NBA Draft
Sekou Doumbouya
From the fiery African forests of Guinea,
Sekou Doumbouya comes to the NBA as one of the most promising prospects in recent memory. At just 18 years old, he’s already 6’9″ and 230 pounds, with a 7’2″ wingspan. He’s an incredible athlete, with a 40″ vertical leap and the strength to match. He’s also an excellent shooter, with a smooth stroke that extends beyond the three-point line
On the defensive end, Doumbouya has all the tools to be a superstar. His length and quickness make him a nightmare for opposing forwards, and his strength allows him to body up with centers. He’s still raw on both ends of the floor, but his raw talent is undeniable. With the right development, Doumbouya has the potential to be one of the best players in the NBA.
