Introduction
The Reading high school Basketball Schedule has been released and games will begin on October 30th. The regular season will conclude on February 8th, with the Berks County Championship game being held on February 15th.

12/18 – Muhlenberg Township JV, 5:30 pm, at Muhlenberg Township Recreation Center
The Teams
The Reading high school basketball schedule has the teams listed in order of when they play. The first team listed is the home team and the second team is the away team. The Players
The Reading high school boys’ basketball team is off to a great start this season. With a record of 12-3, the Red Knights are currently ranked third in Division I of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association.
The team is led by seniors Malikiton Ribeiro and Carlos Rodriguez, who are averaging 17.1 and 16.4 points per game respectively. Other key contributors include junior forward Albert Cotto (12.6 ppg) and sophomore guard Jahad Thomas (10.1 ppg).
The Red Knights have a tough schedule ahead, with games against conference rivals such as Wilson West Lawn (14-1) and Berks Catholic (11-4). But with a strong core of experienced players, Reading has a good chance of making a run at the district title this year.
The Coaches

Jared Huling- Head Coach
Entering his third season, Huling owns a 38-17 record, leading the Red Knights to the Berks Conference semifinals in each of his first two years.
Kurt Snyder- Assistant Coach
Snyder, who enters his ninth season on the Red Knight staff, will once again be working with the big men in the post.
The Fans
The fans are a big part of High School basketball. The home team’s fans are there to support their team and the visiting team’s fans are there to support their team. There are usually a lot of people at the game and it can be loud.
The Media
The media can be a great way to keep up with your favorite team but it can also be a source of false information. Many times, the media will release a story that is completely fabricated or only partially true in order to sell newspapers or get ratings. It is important to be able to read between the lines and know when you are being lied to.
The Venues
high school basketball games are typically played in the school gymnasium, but occasionally they may be played at a local park district facility or at a neutral site. When looking at the schedule, be sure to note the location of each game. If you’re not familiar with the venue, you can always look it up online or give the school a call to get directions.
The History
Reading high school has a long and storied history in basketball. The team has won numerous league, district, and state titles over the years. The school has produced a number of notable players, including NBA All-Star Donyell Marshall and former Boston Celtic great Reggie Lewis
The Future
The future of the Reading high school basketball Schedule is very exciting. The team has a lot of potential and the players are working hard to improve their skills. The coaching staff is also very helpful and supportive. I am sure that the team will continue to improve and be successful in the future.
