Try-Outs

Basketball season is just around the corner, and that means it’s time to start thinking about try-outs. Whether you’re a returning player or new to the team, there are a few things you need to know before try-outs begin.

First, try-outs will be held from November 5-7 from 3:00-5:00 pm at the RRHS gym. During this time, coaches will be evaluating players on their skills and game knowledge. Be sure to bring your A-game!

Second, all players must have a valid physical on file with the school in order to try-out. If you don’t have one on file, you can get one at the school nurse’s office or from your doctor.

Lastly, remember that basketball is a team sport So even if you don’t make the cut for varsity, there are still other opportunities to join the team and play your favorite sport Junior varsity and freshman teams are always looking for talented players.

We hope to see you all at try-outs!
