Sec Network Women’s Basketball Announcers for the 2022 Season

The SEC Network has announced its announcers for the 2022 women’s Basketball season and we’ve got all the details.

Introduction

The SEC Network will have a new lineup of women’s basketball announcers for the 2022 season.

play-by-play announcer Courtney Lyle and analyst Ann Schatz will be the primary broadcast team with Lyle also serving as a studio host.

The network will also use former Georgia Head Coach Andy Landers and former Mississippi State head coach Sharon Fanning-Otis as analysts on select games.

The SEC Network

The SEC Network is an American Sports Network that is owned by ESPN Inc. a joint venture between The Walt Disney Company and the Hearst Communications. The network’s football programming includes live games and original studio shows, while its women’s basketball coverage includes live games and extensive highlights. In addition to these live game and studio show offerings, the SEC Network also provides extensive on-demand content through its ESPN app

The SEC Network’s announcers for the 2022 season will be Joe Tessitore, Brent Musburger, Lydia O’Neal, Jon Sundvold, and Holly Rowe.

The Women’s Basketball Announcers

The SEC Network has announced the names of the women’s basketball announcers for the upcoming 2022 season.

Becky Linville will serve as lead play-by-play announcer, with analyst Daymeon Fishback providing color commentary. sideline reporters will be Courtney Lyle and Kennedy Hardman.

The announcing team will make its debut on Thursday, November 4th when the University of Kentucky hosts Middle Tennessee State University at 7:00 p.m. EST.

Linville comes to the SEC Network from FOX Sports South where she most recently served as a play-by-play announcer for college football and basketball games She has also worked as a sideline reporter for college football and basketball games on ESPNU.

Fishback is a former All-SEC point guard at Auburn University who went on to play professionally in Europe for 12 seasons. He has been working as a television analyst for SEC women’s basketball games on ESPNU and the SEC Network since 2015.

Lyle comes to ESPN from Spectrum sports where she served as a sideline reporter forACC men’s Basketball Games Hardman is a former Miss Basketball in Kentucky who played collegiately at Vanderbilt University and professionally in Israel. She joins ESPN from WBKO in Bowling Green Ky., where she served as sports director.

The 2022 Season

It was recently announced that the SEC Network will be televising women’s Basketball Games for the 2022 season. The network will air a total of 39 games, including 14 conference matchups and all nine of the SEC tournament games. This will be the first time that the SEC Network has televised women’s Basketball Games

play-by-play announcer Courtney Lyle and analyst Joe Dean, Jr. will return for their fourth season together as the lead broadcast team. They will be joined by sideline reporter LaChina Robinson, who will be making her debut with the SEC Network this season.

Courtney Lyle has been a broadcaster for more than 15 years and has called games for various networks, including ESPN, Fox sports and CBS Sports She was also a four-year starter on Vanderbilt’s women’s basketball team from 1999 to 2003. Joe Dean, Jr. is a former Head Coach of the LSU men’s Basketball team and has been working as a broadcaster for more than 20 years. He has called games for ESPN, NBC Sports and FOX Sports LaChina Robinson is a former NBA player who has been working as a sideline reporter and analyst for ESPN since 2008.

The SEC Network will air more than 60 live women’s basketball games during the 2022 season, including all 14 SEC teams.

The Games

The Eastern Conference (SEC) on Wednesday announced the television schedule and announcers for the 2022 women’s college basketball season.

The games will air on the SEC Network and ESPN. Play-by-play duties will be handled by Dave Neal and Joe Davis, with analysis from Brynn Anderson and Nell Fortner.

The SEC Network will televise 70 games during the regular season including 35 conference matchups and all 14 of the SEC’s postseason tournament games. ESPN will air four regular-season games and the NCAA Women’s Final Four.
