Who Will Be Starting?
The question on everyone’s mind is, “Who will be the starting five for Serbia this season?”
Coach Kocic has not yet announced his starting lineup but we can make some educated guesses based on the roster.
The point guard spot will most likely go to either Miloš Teodosić or Stefan Jović. Both are experienced and have played well in recent years The shooting guard spot is up for grabs, with a few players vying for the position.
It seems likely that Marko Gudurić will start at small forward He is a versatile player who can score, rebound, and defend. Bogdan Bogdanović is another option at small forward He is a very good shooter and would be a valuable asset coming off the bench.
At power forward Nikola Jokić is the clear front runner. He is one of the best young players in the world and has shown great improvement over the past few years. Nemanja Bjelica is another option at power forward He is a experienced veteran who can provide leadership and scoring.
Finally, at center, Boban Marjanović is the likely starter. He is a big body who can block shots and rebound well. Ognjen Kuzmić is another option at center. While he may not be as big as Marjanović, he is very athletic and could provide some energy off the bench.
These are just our predictions – only time will tell who Coach Kocic ultimately decides to start!
