The team is led by Senior Captain, Mike Alescio. He was recently named a Pre-Season All-American by Collegiate Baseball News.
Alescio is not the only star on the team, as the lineup is full of talent
This includes Pre-Season All-Big East players in Junior right fielder Alex Recto and Sophomore DH/First baseman Zach Schellenger. As well as Freshman second baseman Nico Gomez who was named a Pre-Season Freshman All-American by perfect game

The pitching staff is just as good as the lineup, being anchored by ace pitcher Kevin Magee. He was also named a Pre-Season All-Big East player.
