The 2018-2019 UNC Asheville men’s Basketball Schedule has been released. Here’s what you need to know.
Asheville, N.C. – The UNC Asheville men’s Basketball Schedule has been released for the 2018-2019 season. The Bulldogs will play a total of 31 games, including 17 at home.
Non-conference play will feature 15 games, with nine of those taking place at Kimmel Arena. The ‘Dogs will host two exhibitions (Wofford & Warren Wilson), as well as seven regular season home games against North Greenville (11/6), Mars Hill (11/9), Person of Interest (11/15), Virginia Military Institute (11/19), Emory & Henry (11/27), Lees-McRae (12/8) and USC Upstate (12/19).
Highlights of the non-conference road schedule include trips to Vanderbilt (11/21), Furman (12/1), East Tennessee State (12/5) and Charlotte (12/15).
Big South Conference play begins on Saturday, December 29th at home against Gardner-Webb. That will be the start of 18 league contests for the Bulldogs. In addition to home games against Gardner-Webb, Asheville will also host High Point (1/10), Liberty (1/17 & 2/14), Campbell (1/24), Longwood (2/7), Radford (2/21) and Winthrop(3/2).
