After a period of down years in the 1930s and 1940s, the Basketball Program was revitalized under head coach Forrest Twogood in the 1950s. The team made several appearances in the NCAA tournament during this time and produced several All-American players

USC continued to be a powerhouse in college basketball in the 1960s and 1970s, making multiple appearances in the NCAA Tournament and producing several more All-American players The 1980s were down years for USC Basketball but the team regained its prominence in the early 1990s under Head Coach George Raveling. Since then, USC has made multiple appearances in the NCAA tournament and has produced several more All-American players.

USC Basketball is a NCAA Division I college basketball program that competes in the Pac-12 Conference. The USC Trojans men’s basketball team represents the University of Southern California located in Los Angeles California. The Trojans women’s Basketball team represents the same school. The program has won 1 NCAA Division I men’s Basketball Championship and 2 NCAA Division I women’s basketball championships
