Westside Basketball is the Premier Basketball league in the western United States From its humble beginnings in 1994, Westside Basketball has grown to become one of the most competitive and well-respected basketball leagues in the country.

Westside Basketball is comprised of 16 teams from across the western United States including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Wyoming. The league is divided into two conferences – the Pacific Conference and the Mountain Conference – and each team plays a total of 30 games during the regular season

The top eight teams from each conference qualify for the postseason Westside basketball playoffs which are held in late March and early April. The playoffs culminate with the Westside Basketball Finals which are held at a neutral site each year.
