As a junior, he averaged 15.2 points and 3 rebounds per game and was again named honorable mention All-Big Ten [3] In his final season at Michigan as a senior in 2012–13, he averaged 17 points along with 4 rebounds per game while shooting 42 percent from three-point range [4] That season, he helped lead Michigan to the 2013 NCAA Final Four.[5][6]

In April 2013, after going undrafted in the 2013 NBA Draft [7] Hardaway signed with LA Clippers[8] but was later waived by Clippers on October 25 after appearing in one Preseason Game [9] On November 1, 2013,[10] he joined New York Knicks’ D-League affiliate Erie BayHawks.[11][12]On December 23,[13][14] Knicks recalled Hardaway from Erie.[15][16]Two days later,[17][18]he made his professional debut against Charlotte Bobcats scoring 12 points off the bench in 105–82 victory.[19][20] On January 29,[21][22]he scored season high 16 points against Toronto Raptors [23][24]”
