The Eastern Conference All-NBA team is the Eastern Conference backcourt of the National Basketball Association (NBA)’s 2015–16 season. The team was selected by a global panel of sportswriters and broadcasters.

The teams were announced on May 11, 2016. The 2015-16 All-NBA Western Conference team is as follows:
