In 2012, the Oklahoma City Thunder won their first ever NBA Championship As the team made its way through downtown Oklahoma City one enterprising fan decided to take advantage of all the empty buildings and pulled off a daring zip line stunt that landed him right in front of the Thunder’s float. The fan was promptly arrested by security, but not before giving everyone in attendance something to talk about.

The encounter occurred after Green had won the award for Defensive Player of the Year. As he was walking off stage, Irving stopped him and congratulated him on the award. However, things quickly turned sour when Irving asked Green why he didn’t shake his hand during their on-court altercation in Game 4 of the 2017 NBA Finals
As you can see in the video below, Green responded by telling Irving to “never” skip steps when going to shake someone’s hand. He then added, “You shook my hand last year when we went to The Finals… You gon’ shake my hand this year?”
The exchange quickly escalated and ended with Irving walking away from Green while calling him a “p—y.”
