Under Serrano’s guidance, the Volunteers slowly but surely began to improve. They made it to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 2012, and then again in 2013 and 2014. And now, they’re one of the top teams in the country.

So what’s next for Tennessee baseball? Only time will tell, but one thing is for sure: they’re a team to keep an eye on in the coming years.

That GPA was good enough to rank second among all Division I Baseball programs. Additionally, 11 Tennessee players were named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll in 2006.
