What inspired you to join the Tuskegee Baseball team?
I’ve always loved baseball, and when I heard about the Tuskegee team, it just seemed like a perfect fit I’m really proud to be a part of something that celebrates African American history and culture.
What is your favorite thing about being on the team?
Getting to meet and play with such a talented group of guys. We all have a real passion for the game and it’s just a lot of fun to be around such positive energy. Plus, we get to travel around and play in some really great venues.
What would you say is the team’s biggest accomplishment?
I think just being able to stay together and continue playing despite everything that’s going on in the world. We’re proof that baseball can still bring people together, even when things are tough.
