It’s that time of year again! The NHL playoffs are upon us and everyone is wondering who will take home the Stanley Cup this year. Here are our predictions for who we think will win it all.

As the NHL regular season comes to a close, it’s time to start thinking about who’s going to win the Stanley Cup There are a few clear contenders, but anything can happen in the playoffs. Here are our predictions for who will come out on top.
Tampa Bay Lightning
The Tampa Bay Lightning have been one of the best teams in the NHL for the past few seasons. They have won the Presidents’ Trophy (given to the team with the best regular season record) three times in the past four seasons, and they are looking to add a Stanley Cup title to their collection.
The Lighting have a deep and talented roster, led by captain Steven Stamkos. Stamkos is one of the best Goal Scorers in the NHL, and he is surrounded by talented players such as Nikita Kucherov, Brayden Point, Tyler Johnson and Victor Hedman.
The Lighting also have a very good goalkeeper in Andrei Vasilevskiy, who has won the Vezina Trophy (given to the best goaltender in the NHL) twice.
The Tampa Bay Lightning are my pick to win the Stanley Cup this year. They have all of the pieces that are needed to win a championship, and I believe that they will be able to put it all together and hoist Lord Stanley’s Cup this season.
Washington Capitals
The Washington Capitals have been one of the best teams in the NHL all season long They have a deep and talented roster, and they have shown they can beat anyone in the league. The Capitals have all the pieces necessary to win a Stanley Cup and they should be considered the favorite to win it all this year.
Pittsburgh Penguins
The Pittsburgh Penguins have been one of the best teams in the NHL for the past few years. They have won the Stanley Cup twice in the past three seasons, and they are looking like they could be in for a third straight title this year. The Penguins have been dominant at both ends of the ice, and they have a deep and talented roster. If any team is going to win it all this year, it is likely to be the Pittsburgh Penguins
Nashville Predators
Nashville Predators With an impressive 53-18-11 record, the Nashville Predators are looking like they mean business this year. They’ve got a solid lineup of players, led by captain Roman Josi, and they’ve got a Vezina finalist in net in Pekka Rinne. The Predators have all the pieces in place to make a deep run in the playoffs, and we think they’ll be the team that comes out of the Western Conference to represent the NHL in the Stanley Cup Finals

This season, the Jets proved they are a force to be reckoned with, finishing with the best record in the NHL. Their offense was explosive, led by Mark Scheifele and Blake Wheeler. Their defense was stingy, led by Norris Trophy winner Dustin Byfuglien. And their goalie, Connor Hellebuyck, was a Vezina Trophy finalist.
The Jets have all the pieces in place to make a deep run in the playoffs. They will be a tough out for any team they face. I predict they will make it back to the Stanley Cup Final and this time, they will win it all.
Vegas Golden Knights
The Vegas Golden Knights have had an incredible inaugural season. They have surpassed all expectations and are now one win away from the Stanley Cup Finals Many experts are predicting that the Golden Knights will win it all.
The Golden Knights have been led by their strong defense and stellar goaltending. They have shutdown opposing offenses and have been able to score just enough goals to win games.
Vegas has also been lucky, as they have had very few injuries this season. This has allowed them to keep their lineup intact and play their best hockey at the most important time of the year.
With all of these factors considered, it is hard to bet against the Golden Knights They have been the best team in the NHL all season long and they appear to be peaking at the right time. It would not be surprising to see them hoisting the Stanley Cup at the end of June.
San Jose Sharks

It’s been a long time coming for the Sharks, who have made the playoffs in each of the past 11 seasons but have never won a Stanley Cup They came close in 2016, losing to the Pittsburgh Penguins in six games, and they’ll be hungry to take that final step this year.
The Sharks have one of the deepest rosters in the NHL, with star players like Brent Burns and Logan Couture leading the way. They also have a talented young core, including Timo Meier and Kevin Labanc, who are only going to get better as they gain more experience. In goal, they have one of the best in the business in Martin Jones.
The Sharks should be a force to be reckoned with in the playoffs and they will be a tough out for any team that has to face them. They have all the pieces in place to make a run at the Stanley Cup and I believe they will come out on top this year.

The Toronto Maple Leafs are one of the most successful teams in the NHL playoffs having won the Stanley Cup a total of thirteen times. Their most recent victory was in 1967, when they defeated the Montreal Canadiens in six games. The Leafs have a strong core of young players led by captain John Tavares, and veteran leaders such as Patrick Marleau and Morgan Rielly. They are a well-rounded team with a deep defensive corps and a skilled group of forwards. The Maple Leafs are my pick to win the Stanley Cup this year.

The NHL Playoffs are always a tough battle, and it’s hard to say who will come out on top. But, if we had to make a prediction, we’d say the Tampa Bay Lightning have the best chance of winning it all. They have a strong team, and they’ve been playing well all season.
