The Citadel Baseball Team has released their schedule for the upcoming season The Bulldogs will open the season on February 14th against Wofford. They will then have a three game series against Furman from February 21st-23rd. Citadel will then play two games against College of Charleston on February 28th and March 1st. They will finish the month of March with a three game series against Appalachian State from March 6th-8th.

The Bulldogs are set to begin their season on February 14th with a 3-game series against Hofstra. The home opener will be on February 21st against VMI. The team will play a total of 56 games, including 27 home games

As the snow begins to thaw and the days get longer, it can only mean one thing: baseball season is just around the corner. The Citadel Bulldogs are coming off of a successful season in which they made it to the Southern conference tournament for the first time since 2015. They will be looking to build on that success this year as they have released their schedule for the 2019 season.

The Bulldogs will open up their season at home against conference rival Furman on February 15th. They will then hit the road for a nine-game road trip their longest of the season. They will return home on March 8th to take on Charleston Southern before heading back out on the road for another five games.

The Bulldogs will have their work cut out for them if they want to make it back to the conference tournament They will face off against some of the top teams in the country, including Clemson, South Carolina and Florida State But with a strong core of returning players and some talented newcomers, the Bulldogs are poised for another Successful Season

The Citadel Bulldogs Baseball Team has released their schedule for the upcoming season The team is coming off a successful 2018 season in which they won the Southern conference championship and made an appearance in the NCAA tournament

The 2019 season will begin on February 15th with a three-game series against Wright State The Bulldogs will then travel to Greenville, South Carolina to take on Furman before returning home to Charleston for a three-game series against College of Charleston Other notable games on the schedule include a three-game series against Auburn and a four-game series against conference rivals UNC Greensboro and Samford.

The team is hoping to build off the success of last season and make another deep run in the postseason. Head Coach Tony Robichaux says that the goal for this year’s team is to win the Conference Championship and make it back to the NCAA Tournament

The Citadel Bulldogs Baseball Team is looking to build off of the successes of last year as they release their schedule for the upcoming season After a strong regular season the team made it to the Southern Conference Tournament semifinals, where they lost to eventual champion UNC Greensboro. head coach Tony Robichaux is confident that his team can take the next step this season and make a run at the conference title

The Bulldogs will open their season on February 15th with a three-game series against conference foe Furman. They will then have a stretch of five home games in a row, including a three-game set against Wofford. The team will also host Southern Conference opponents VMI, Mercer, and Western Carolina throughout the course of the season.

Non-conference opponents include College of Charleston, Clemson, UNC Wilmington and Liberty. The Citadel will also participate in the Shriners Hospitals for Children College Classic in Houston, TX where they will take on Texas Tech TCU, and Arkansas.

The team is led by senior pitcher Peyton Culbertson, who was named Southern Conference Pitcher of the Year last season. He will be joined by fellow seniors Will Goro ( Catcher), Duncan MacArthur (Infielder), Austin Embler (Outfielder), and Ben Peden (Outfielder) as captains for the 2019 season.
