History

The Clear Falls Basketball Program has a long and storied history. Starting in the early days of the sport, the program has been a powerhouse in the Falls, winning numerous championships and producing some of the best players in the game.

The Early Days:

The early years of the Clear Falls Basketball Program were very successful, with the team winning numerous championships. Some of the most notable players from this era include:

-George “The Claw” Washington: A star player from the early days of the program, Washington was a key part of several championship teams. He was known for his ferocious rebounding and Defense, as well as his clutch shooting.
-John “Big John” Adams: Another star from the early days of Clear Falls Basketball Adams was a dominating force on both ends of the court. He was a key player on several championship teams, and his number 33 is retired by the school.
-Bill “Diesel” Johnson: Johnson was a physical force in the paint, using his strength and size to control games. He was a key player on several championship teams, and he currently holds the school record for most rebounds in a season.

The Game

Clear Falls Basketball strives to provide the best Basketball Experience for the youth in the Falls. We are a community based organization that provides opportunities for kids of all ages to participate in organized basketball. Our goal is to develop skills, sportsmanship, and a love for the game in all of our players.

Rules

The following are the rules for Clear Falls basketball All players and spectators must adhere to these rules.

-All players must be registered with Clear Falls Basketball in order to participate.
-All games will be played under the rules of the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS).
-All players must wear a jersey and basketball shorts that are provided by Clear Falls Basketball.
-No outside food or drink is allowed inside the facility.
-No jewelry is allowed to be worn during games.
-Player benches are located on the sideline opposite their team’s scorers table.
-Coaches are allowed on the floor during timeouts and between quarters, but not during play.
-Substitutions can only be made during timeouts and between quarters.
-Only players, coaches, and officials are allowed on the floor during game play.
-All bags must be stored under the bleachers or in lockers.

Championships

Your Home for Basketball in the Falls!

The Clear Falls Basketball Association is proud to host the 2020 Championship Games for Boys and Girls in the 8th grade divisions. These will be played at Clear Falls high school on Saturday, March 7th. The girls game will start at 1:00pm and the boys game will start at 3:00pm. Admission is free for all spectators. Please come out and support your community youth!
