Coach Kondos’ teams have won 7 conference championships and 3 Regional Championships He has been named Conference Coach of the Year 7 times and Regional Coach of the Year 3 times.

On offense, Jake has developed into a nice scoring option in the post and has shown a nice touch around the basket.
