The recruitment process begins with an initial evaluation of each prospect’s abilities. Once a recruit has been identified as a potential fit for the program, coaches will begin to reach out and establish a relationship with the player and their family.

The next step in the process is for Co Lin coaches to visit the recruit’s school and watch them play live. This allows coaches to get a better sense of how the player would fit into our system and culture.

If everything goes well during this initial evaluation period, the recruit will be offered a spot on one of our teams. From there, it’s up to the player to decide if they want to become a part of the Co Lin Basketball Family
