He began his collegiate career playing for the Oklahoma Sooners After one season with the Sooners, he declared for the 2018 NBA draft where he was drafted 5th overall by the Dallas Mavericks He was then traded to the Atlanta Hawks on draft night. In his rookie season, he averaged 19.1 points and 8.1 assists per game He was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team.

Luka Doncic- shooting guard for the Dallas Mavericks

At just 19 years old, Luka Doncic is one of the most promising young players in the NBA today He’s a 6’7” shooting guard for the Dallas Mavericks and he’s already being compared to some of the greatest players in the game.

Doncic was born in Slovenia and began playing Professional Basketball there when he was just 16 years old. He quickly established himself as one of the best players in Europe and he was named the EuroLeague Rookie of the Year in 2017. He then decided to make the jump to the NBA, and he was drafted by the Mavericks with the third overall pick in 2018.
