The Georgetown Hoyas men’s basketball team is looking to add some firepower to their 2020 recruiting class The team is rumored to be targeting a number of high-profile recruits, including five-star center N’Faly Dante.
Dante, who is originally from Mali, has drawn comparisons to NBA Star Joel Embiid He stands at 7-feet tall and weighs in at 240 pounds. He is widely considered to be one of the best big men in the 2020 class.
Georgetown is also rumored to be in the mix for five-star point guard Cole Anthony Anthony is one of the most sought-after recruits in the country and would be a huge get for the Hoyas.
Other recruits that Georgetown is targeting include four-star small forward Jaylen Blakeney, four-star Power Forward Lance Ware, and four-star shooting guard Jules Bernard.
2021 Recruiting class
LaGerald Vick, widely considered one of the top shooters in the class of 2021, has verbally committed to play college basketball at Georgetown University
The 6-foot-5 Vick, who plays his High School ball at Douglas Freeport in Douglas, Arizona, chose the Hoyas over offers from Marquette, Wichita State and Arizona State among others.
Vick is the second player in Georgetown’s 2021 Recruiting Class joining four-star forward Joshua LeBlanc. The Hoyas currently have one player committed in the 2020 class: five-star center Hunter Dickinson

Georgetown Basketball is gearing up for the 2022 recruiting class with several offers out and visits being planned. The Hoyas will have some scholarships to fill with the departures of James Akinjo Josh LeBlanc, and NBA early-entrant Mac McClung.
